I wanted to share the news about Mississippi School for the Deaf. We received our approved budget yesterday and we received level budgeting for 2011-2012 as 2010-2011. We did not have any cuts for this upcoming school year. We received cuts in 2009-2010. Which means we got cut last year. Next year, we will not be cut, but can't get back the funds cut in 09-10.

The Los Angeles County many deaf people already
spoke out about a Deaf Americans's Civil Rights
Act and Americans with Disabilities Act (A.D.A.)
to let all Los Angeles County Deaf people know about it right now.

They already mentioned that they have come back
to the Deaf community to help them out for a better change. The reason is that All Los Angeles
County Deaf people should have their Deaf Civil
Rights Act and A.D.A. rights. They are very
supportive to bring it in their Deaf life,
because it is a good reasonable cause right now.

Will National of the Deaf (N.A.D.) care to educate to the Los Angeles County Bar Association, California Bar Assocation, Los
Angeles County private attorneys, non-profit Legal
Aid services, legal services government agencies, public/private legal services, security store officers, mall shopping center security officers and law enforcement officers who still have their lack of knowledges and educations of the A.D.A./
Civil Rights Act/Rehabilitation Act of 1973
(Section of 504) and Effective of Communication instructions for the Los Angeles County Deaf people right now?

Many Los Angeles Deaf people still greatly
suffered too much all over oppressions and no protect for Deaf human's rights.

Los Angeles County some deaf people went to the Los Angeles County court with NO AMERICANS SIGN
LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS (A.S.L.) providers on same day at all times.

The Los Angeles City of L.A.P.D. officers came to Deaf people's private houses for civil dispute reasons with NO AMERICANS SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS providers on same day at all times.

The Los Angeles County Commission on Disability
failed to provide any special Deaf services at
all times.

The Los Angeles County many private attorneys, Legal Aid services, non-profit legal services,
Los Angeles County Bar Association, and public/private legal services still hung-up on Deaf people's callings that they did not deserve to assist to many Los Angeles County Deaf clients with no AMERICANS SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS providers at all times.

The Los Angeles County many Deaf people already knew something went wrong from the start that
there's no law rights for Deaf human's Civil Rights Act/A.D.A. rights and they still end up go endless struggle against the oppressions right now.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! THEY AS ALL DEAF PEOPLE HAVE TO
DO SOMETHING RIGHT NOW!

Okay, they are getting you a picture of a sole
Deaf solider, are you going to send this sole
Deaf solider to war? OF COURSE NOT!

They need to bring Los Angeles County Deaf people together as a Deaf teams right now. Why would Deaf people fought for their own gain? They have same human thoughts and same feelings toward each other as Deaf individuals right now.

GROW UP! The Deaf children are dying and they will grow up WIERD ways just because of their endless arguments. STOP and watch the Deaf
children in pain and their future aimless and
they will become like us!

TIME TO HAVE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEAF PEOPLE'S AMERICANS'S CIVIL RIGHTS ACT/A.D.A RIGHTS,
A WAKE-UP CALL IS NEEDED RIGHT NOW, in which means don't be so much sleepy for not
seeing the real true things in Los Angeles County
problems that they greatly suffered to struggle for and get NOTHING for all along right now.

ALL DEAF PEOPLE MUST THINK TWICE, before they
hurt themself and Deaf children's future
forever. NO more plight of deaf people's
sufferings which mean is ZERO TOLERANCE!

WHO WILL CARE TO ASSIST TO LOS ANGELES COUNTY MANY DEAF PEOPLE WHO NEEDS THEIR EMERGENCY LEGAL
SERVICES FOR THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEAF A.D.A./
CIVIL RIGHTS ACT ADVOCACY PROGRAMS RIGHT NOW?

BE STRONG AND BE BRAVE TO SPEAK OUT YOUR
A.D.A./CIVIL RIGHTS ACT VOICES RIGHT NOW.

COME-ON! GO-ON! COME-ON! GO-ON! COME-ON!

All of us need to check and recheck factual information b/4 it's posted.

Every state supported school is closeable. Lets not forget the State writes their own laws.

Ohio School for the Deaf is suffering severe budget cuts. OSD did not receive any exemption.

Perhaps one of two of these schools are really closing. There are severe budget cuts, but that is the common story. Gallaudet has a $2 million deficit and it is NOT closing. Please, be careful when you report news as this one lingers on being called yellow journalism.

Updated 13 Jan 2010
The Kansas State Board of Education accepted and supported the report of Interim Commissioner Diane DeBacker which includes operation of KSD and KSB under one superintendent. Madeleine Burkindine will be the KSD Superintendent effective 7-1-10. This arrangement will be reviewed in two years and a determination made as to its continuation. Ms. Burkindine and her staff are already taking ASL classes, and are looking forward to their participation with KSD. The remainder of the school year will provide time for a smooth transition. KSD will continue to fulfill its role as a quality center program for deaf children and a statewide resource on deafness.
