He definitely has a style with a funny edge that should be appreciated. I also have to mention that I was very much surprised when Dr. Marshall wrote the Board at the end of October that Jane Fernandes should be allowed to take over the presidency immediately. As far as we know, the Board already brewed then a different kind of coffee, and saw the best interest of the university in another direction. It is great to learn that Dr. Marshall joined and supports the Unity. It sets the example. I don’t think it was fair to criticize Dr. Marshall’s commencement speech.
